Textile Air Technology: Spinning

AESA Air engineering is specialized in Spinning air conditioning and waste removal. For any given fiber (cotton, rayon, polyester, blended, wool, acrylic we are supplying complete system in order to maintain the adequate condition of temperature and humidity through over the Year as well as clean environment in conformity with all standard for health and dust content in production area atmosphere. Supplying fully automatic system and using the LTG textile technology acquired in 2003 for the filtration and waste collection system, AESA is leader in many countries for Air Conditioning in Spinning Factory.

Our scope of supply can go from pure A/C equipment to turn key project including centralized dust collector, balling press system, chiller and refrigeration plant, duct and piping, including complete installation. Working with the most famous brand for the supply of bough out item, we can guaranty the inside condition within +/- 2.5 % R.H. and within +/- 1 oC through over the Year and at any point of the factory. Waste and dust are separated in different system, and optimization of the waste can be done via different collector system such as briqueting machine or full automatic bale press.
